Fred Bittle
PRESIDENT / MORTGAGE BROKER
Frederick Bittle founded Santa Fe Mortgage in 1995 after a successful 10-year career in the microelectronics industry. With a quarter-century of mortgage-origination experience, he has helped thousands of homeowners living in and around Lompoc and consistently receives referrals from the majority of real estate agents on the central coast of Santa Barbara County.
Fred is proficient in all types of mortgage products — from VA loans for military personal stationed at Vandenberg Air Force Base, to FHA and first-time homebuyer programs. Fred is bilingual and enjoys working with the local Spanish-speaking community.
He is a graduate of UC Santa Barbara and a proud husband, father, and grandfather. Fred is engaged in the local community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce, the Lompoc Rotary Club, and the local La Purisima Concepcion School and Parish.

Ryan Davis
MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER
Ryan joined Santa Fe Mortgage in 2019. Although the newest member of the team, Ryan has extensive business experience, including a successful 15-year career resolving personal injury claims and litigation. In the last 10 years, Ryan worked in the legal department of KONE, one of the world’s largest elevator and escalator companies.
Ryan’s entrepreneurial spirit combined with his personal interest in real estate and his desire to provide value and assistance to customers, has made him a perfect fit for his responsibilities in residential lending with Santa Fe Mortgage.
Ryan graduated from the University of Iowa. He resides in Lompoc with his wife and is grateful to live near family and amid the breathtaking beauty of central coast California.

Adam Drake
MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER
Born and raised in Lompoc, CA, Adam’s family has deep roots in the area, having been Lompoc residents since the early 1960s. Over 50 of his family members have graduated from either Cabrillo High School or Lompoc High School. Adam himself, graduated Cabrillo where he was an accomplished scholar-athlete playing on the school’s football and basketball teams.
Adam joined Santa Fe Mortgage in 2013 and is both a licensed real estate agent and mortgage loan officer in California. Previously he was the youngest general manager of a Safeway grocery store in Southern California for seven years and served in the U.S. Air Force for two years, living in Okinawa, Japan.
Adam is proud to call Lompoc his home where he lives with his wife and their three children.
